Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer (deposit). The retainer secures your session date and is applied toward your total balance. Dates are not held without a retainer. Full payment is due prior to or at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Edited images are delivered via a private online gallery within approximately two weeks of the session date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Images are provided as high-resolution digital files. Printed products are ordered separately and subject to additional lead times.
Upon full payment, clients receive a personal use license for all delivered images. This license permits:

South Shore Photography retains copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. If you prefer your images not be used for marketing, please notify us in writing prior to your session.
By booking a session, clients grant South Shore Photography permission to use session images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials, unless a written opt-out is provided before the session date.
South Shore Photography is not liable for circumstances outside our control including weather, location access restrictions, or equipment failure. In the unlikely event that deliverable images are lost due to equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
