HOW IT WORKS
From request to session day
1. Send a request
Fill out the short form below with the amount, who it's for, a personal message, and when you'd like it delivered.
2. Pay the invoice
I email you a secure invoice, usually the same day. Pay online by card, and the gift certificate is on its way.
3. The gift is delivered
I email a personalized certificate with a unique code to the recipient on your chosen date — or to you, if you'd rather print and wrap it.
4. They book their session
The recipient picks a date and location, then applies the code to their booking invoice. Any leftover balance stays on the code.

Gift certificate questions
How does the gift certificate get delivered?
Once your invoice is paid, I email a personalized gift certificate with a unique redemption code — straight to the recipient on the date you choose, or to you if you'd rather print it and hand it over. Just include the details in your request.
What can the gift certificate be used for?
Any South Shore Photography session: family portraits, senior portraits, maternity, engagement, birthday and cake smash sessions, Christmas sessions, branding, and on-location headshots. The value applies to the session invoice, and any remaining balance stays on the code for add-ons or a future session.
Do gift certificates expire?
No. South Shore Photography gift certificates have no expiration date, so the recipient can book whenever the timing is right — fall foliage, a spring beach session, or next year's Christmas minis.
How does the recipient redeem it?
They reach out to book a date, and when the booking invoice arrives they click "Apply Coupon or Gift Card" and enter their code. The balance is deducted automatically.
What if the session costs more than the certificate?
The recipient simply pays the difference on their invoice. If the session costs less, the leftover balance remains on the code for later use.
Can I get a refund on a gift certificate?
Gift certificates are non-refundable once issued, but they never expire and can be used toward any session or add-on. If something went wrong with your order, email me and I'll make it right.
