Pemberton Point is the frame couples ask for by name. At the tip of the peninsula, looking northwest across Hull Gut, the Boston skyline sits on the horizon behind you — a genuinely unique engagement backdrop on this coast. Best in the last hour before sunset, when the city catches warm light and the harbour goes still. Bring a layer; the point is exposed.
Nantasket Beach gives three miles of open Atlantic with room to find an empty stretch if we shoot early or late. Barefoot in the sand at golden hour is the classic Hull engagement session, and the steady onshore breeze is an asset rather than a problem — it gives movement to hair and clothes that a still frame never has.
Fort Revere Park and Hull Village add texture and shelter. Fort Revere sits on the highest ground in town with stone fortifications and a panoramic view over the harbour and islands. Hull Village below is all narrow streets and weathered shingle, and it is where we go when the wind on the ocean side is too much to work in.
Straits Pond and the bay side stay calm when the Atlantic is rough. Glassy water and reflections make a softer, quieter set of frames, and having a sheltered fallback on the same peninsula means a windy forecast rarely means rescheduling.
